nikkilmm Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 When I read the outline of this plan I know I read that 1-2 servings of fruit was compliant, but reading though this forum it seems that people are talking like fruit means falling off the wagon. This is only my second day, but I have had a couple servings of fruit yesterday and then again today for breakfast and packed in my lunch. Am I supposed to give up all fruits, too?
