Jennyebn
Nausea has been slowly creeping in my stomach. I was with family this weekend who had a stomach virus earlier in the week and I fear it is my turn. What does one do???
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 9, 2012 Moderators Share Posted July 9, 2012 Ouch! You do pretty much what you did before, only eating better this time. I suffered through a virus a little over a year ago and kept thinking of eating crackers, as that was what I did when sick growing up. But crackers don't make me "more healthy," so I ate bananas and small portions of meals and got through it.

Jennyebn
I barely ate today. I had an apple and chicken broth. I just couldn't stomach anything, which I knew probably doesn't help to make me feel any better. Still feel pretty crappy.
