JulieSusan Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 HI there everyone - I am on DAY 29 (yay) of my first Whole30 and have noticed some great improvements in energy and in my arthritis pain levels.( I have osteo arthritis) However, the pain is not gone, although it is better. What have you noticed foodwise that aggravate arthritis and joint pain?
