Homemade and a expiration date?

I just did a quick search, and assuming you're refrigerating all of these in airtight containers:

- for salsa, no more than 4 days,
- homemade ketchup, no more than 3 weeks, and 
- bbq sauce, no more than a month.

Of course, if it starts to grow stuff, separates or looks/smells funky, time to toss!
