meganruns4 Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 Hi Everyone, I started the Whole 30 about 45 days ago. I made it to day 25, and then fell off the wagon. I have struggled to get back on track but I am recommitted to making it through the ENTIRE 30 days. I know how much better I feel and am ready to get back to that mental and physical space. Thanks! Jenny Duffy Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 Hi Megan. I am restarting tomorrow too. I did complete a W30 that ended in May and did very well. I just started a second one last week, and already started cheating on day 3!! Why was I not as committed this time around? I am so mad at myself. So here I go restarting again tomorrow and trying to get motivated. Great job lasting 25 days! I think that's a success! I've had a REALLY good traveling vacation and I'm very happy with my off-roading food memories and excited to get back to sweet potatoes and beef.
