wannabepaleo Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 I am starting a whole 30 today and a bit confused about how much fat to consume at each meal. Using the meal planning template from ISWF, am I supposed to consume just ONE of the fat sources they list or something from each fat source per meal (ie. 1-2 thumbsized portions of oil PLUS nuts PLUS avocado, etc)?
