bikergranny
I'm new and do not know all the rules yet. We use this company for protein and fish oil, and when I saw it was endorsed as a food partner by Whole9 I thought it was ok. Yes, no?
Susan W
So sorry but no protein powder is okay. It is all processed food. Many sites claim W9 and W30 without it being true.
bikergranny
Thank you, it's a little confusing since strongerfasterhealthier is on the Whole9 Food Affiliates webpage. But I read the disclaimer that even though something is approved or affiliated, certain foods may not be ok. And I found the thread addressing SFH products...Whole9 ONLY endorses the fish oil! I appreciate your help Susan!
Susan W
W9 is a bit different from W30. Think of W30 as stricter. I was confused too. Dallas promotes a protein powder for his clean mass gain but that doesnt make it okay for W30. Is that as clear as mud?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 21, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 21, 2013 I wouldn't say that Dallas "promotes" a protein powder as part of his experiment with a clean mass gain program several years ago. More like he used a protein powder.
Susan W
Yes "promotes" was definitely the wrong word. Thank you for spotting that Tom.

Robin Strathdee
SFH is high quality stuff, and we do endorse their company. However, only the fish oil is acceptable during a Whole30
