moggle
I tried some slow-cooked BBQ pork spare ribs at a restaurant recently (I was off-roading) and they were delicious. Has anyone got a tried and tested compliant recipe they could recommend?
Susan W
Moggle someone posted an awesome slow cooker rib recipe. I make them all the time now. Whatever spice rub you want. I do salt pepper cumin chipotle pepper and granulated garlic. Then stand them up on their side in sc. 6 hours on low. I like to crisp them on my BBQ or broiler. The op lined her sc with foil but after the first time, I didnt bother. ISWF has a compliant BBQ sauce in case you want to dip.
