lklingma
A recipe in Well-Fed calls for pork rinds. I read these are in fact paleo, however, what are your thoughts on these? Should these be eaten as a snack?
Robin Strathdee
This is one where you're going to have to read your labels carefully. If the ingredients are compliant, then you're ok to use them as an ingredient. I would recommend against them as a snack - they're not nutritious at all and serve to reinforce the crunchy-salty-snacking behavior (not Good Food). VivaLaMeredith
Are we still able to incorporate pork rinds for things like Well Fed Scotch eggs, and a coating for chicken or casseroles? Or, has the 'no chip rule' completely ruled them out for this purpose on the Whole30?
