taille_unique Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 Title says it all. I have Celiac disease and I'm not careful enough, and I need to learn how to eat real food and be content. I've already had forbidden foods today but I know I have to start right now. Throwing away my tortillas and cheese, hiding the agave nectar and the rice. I can and will do this.
