ErinK Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 I've been eating mostly paleo for a little over a year now and began using the Whole30 meal template after finishing the 21 Day Sugar Detox in a few weeks ago but now I am ready to fully commit to the Whole30 after coming back from 6 days in the Dominican and being VERY bad with the sweets. I left that mentality on the island and got right back to eating clean though. I'm confident that I'll get through the 30 days and more especially with all the support here.
