Thanks Calee. I'm moving back to Post- land. I'll see if I can do it with my own self-imposed rules. Getting on and off W30 makes me feel like anything less than perfect w30-ing is failure, and that's just not healthy or sustainable.

I need to be ok with life stuff that come along. Now I'm in the phase of thinking, "oh Ill start a w30 next week so I may as well drink wine or eat this bite of cheese, this spoonful of ice cream, bite of chocolate now while I can. It builds the foods that make me feel crummy back into my diet and gets me into a feel bad/eat crap/guilt/feel bad/eat crap cycle. Yuck.
