extremely low energy

I'm currently on Day 19 and for the past 4-5 days I've noticed my energy is really low. I'm tired all the time, my workouts have been lackluster....I've been sleeping just fine so I'm confused as to why I feel this way. I've been getting plenty of good fats and proteins and vegetables into each meal and I've been doing pretty well with the 3 meals a day thing (with a snack here or there if I need it). Anyone else experiencing this? I'd appreciate any advice/thoughts :)

I had low energy for the first 3 weeks. I had to play with increasing my protein, healthy fat and good carbs. It is always suggested to try sweet potato.  Well this is exactly what has helped me. I always include a half a sweet potato with other veg at meal 1. I made them as shredded hashbrowns or included them in my quiche. It helps me through the whole day. In the last week of my Whole30 I had energy all day and no trouble getting to the gym.  Everything came together. I'm now on day 33 and still going.
