grieving loss of a loved one...not hungry enough

Recommended Posts

This weekend I lost my dog of 11 years to cancer. I haven't really felt hungry, but not wanting to abandon my whole30, I have kept with it anyway. The problem is, I have skipped meal 2 the past couple of days because I am simply not hungry. I know skipping meals isn't good but how much damage am I doing to my whole30 by doing that this weekend? Should I start all over again?

I am so sorry about your dog.

Missing meal 2 is probably the least troublesome in the day. It probably disturbs the proper rhythm of your hormones a little, but not enough to start over or worry about during a time like this.
