I had a lot of fun writing it, hopefully you'll have fun reading it. Interweaved with all of the silly it my tale of transformation. I went into this thing only wanting to lose weight. It took me about 2 weeks to decide I really didn't care about that. I just wanted to continue to feel as great as I was. Without further ado, The Whole30 Results Show! At the awards ceremony, I will take the time to thank Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. I'm pretty sure they don't fully understand or appreciate how much they are helping people, and truly changing lives. Hopefully I can start giving some back. The part about my wife wast particularly true too. She's been awesome. I'll definitely continue to encourage anyone thinking about doing a Whole30 to find someone to do it with. Makes a huge difference. Thanks again!
