Day 10 of first Whole 30...had food dreams last night and today am CRAAAAAAAVING for the first time. HELP!!

So, I've read about these food dreams and last night I had one! I was at a cookout and just started eating everything on the dessert table. I thought, "I can't believe I'm eating this but what the heck." All day today I've been craving sugar and really missing my salty crunchy treats like chips and popcorn. I must admit I turned to fruit a couple of times and I know I'm not supposed to do that, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. I don't plan on making a habit of it, but today has been really, really hard! Do the dreams trigger the cravings?

Take a deep breath- and remember- You didn't ACTUALLY eat all those things !!!

I have had only a few dreams, but during my last Whole30, I had crazy cravings for sweets for two weeks. Never had that before. I just hunkered down, drank more water, and made sure to follow the template. Not easy, but WORTH it !!! Good luck & hang in there :D
