Knew then I wasn't ready to let go of dairy... but have been weening off gluten and grains for years. I moved recently and do not know where my book went, so I am curious, is coffee in or out? Physibeth Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Coffee is fine as long as you don't put milk or sugar or other non-compliant things in it. I slowly weened myself to black coffee. I can't remember! Thanks! I add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices to my cocount milk and then whip it a hand mixer for 5 minutes.
