mamaxt
So, I'm a San Pellegrino junky. Seriously, I freaking love the stuff more than coffee. But, since I'm starting a new Whole30, I want to be sure that it's compliant. What's the skinny? Can I have it or is it off since it contains sulfate (and other good minerals)? GFChris
Yes, Pellegrino is fine. http://whole9life.com/2012/10/quench-your-thirst-whole9-style/ I'm a Pellegrino junkie too. I buy it by the case: like it better than plain water! Sulfates aren't a problem on Whole30. It's sulfites that are to be avoided.
annabel
I just put out this week's recycling and my husband I managed to finish off 6 litres of fizzy water this week and I think that most of that was me. It makes a nice change from regular water and it's helping me to kick my tea habit.
paleolivia
i recommend investing in a sodastream machine if you love fizzy water! you carbonate your tap water and then flavour it from there, i.e. lemon/lime juice. its only $80 or so on sale vs $1 per litre and more that you pay for fizzy cans/bottles
