I stepped on the scale too and I am down 7 but I refuse to take my measurements until the end of the 30 days. That is the real test. If I can get down 1 more size I will be VERY happy. I still feel like I am eating too many fruits and nuts so I am trying to keep that to a minimum so that I can keep losing the lbs but that is very hard to do since I like to snack. Instead I have been trying to load up on water when I think I want a snack. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

The rest of the day is a blur until dinner but I know I had...

My husband took me out for a dinner and a show in Abingdon. It was a challenge but I special ordered my meal and skipped dessert. I did have a glass of red Zinfadel though...and I dont feel bad about it.

Dinner-

6oz Filet

Lump Crab Meat

Broccolini

1 Glass Red Wine (oh well)
