Revived
welp... I just now realized, like a week after finishing, that I was drinking non-compliant tea almost daily or at least a few times a week, my entire whole30. I dont know why i never thought to check the ingredients... It never even crossed my mind but some of the yogi teas i like have stevia leaf. How might that have affected me? Do you think it could have had anything to do with the low energy I felt throughout my whole30? It didn't have any negative impact on my cravings. I actually didn't really have an issue with cravings. I never drank the tea all day long. I had like 1 a day and like i said, not every single day. Do I need to do another whole30 without it? Would I notice any difference? I feel like a fraud now!! err!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 5, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 5, 2013 You are okay! I ate white potatoes during the first three weeks of my first Whole30 because I had not read the guidelines carefully. I still had an epic experience. The amount of stevia you consumed was probably too small to make a noticeable difference.
