vtknitgirl
Today is day 31, I decided yesterday to keep going. I am still battling the sugar dragon and realized that I ate more dates then I probably should have during the last 15 days. So I have resolved to keep going and cut all dried fruit out and maybe most nuts as i think they may be causing me some inflammation. Do you think that it would be ok to cut nuts out totally and see how things go? I have been tired so I am going to increase my intake of sweet potatoes and plantains and see if that helps with the tiredness. I would love any advise about continuing on. Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 6, 2013 Eliminating nuts is likely to be a good thing for you. It is for many people. I kept going for 120 days when I first started. I liked how I felt so much, I did not want to risk losing any of what I was enjoying. I don't think you should commit to such a long period of Whole30ing, but think it is fine to just keep going until you decide going off plan makes sense for you.
