Alohachic Posted July 7, 2013 Share Posted July 7, 2013 Hello everyone!!! I start my first Whole 30 tomorrow.....I am excited/nervous!! I spent a lot of today preparing food, so hopefully I am ready. amberino21 Posted July 7, 2013 Share Posted July 7, 2013 I'm starting tomorrow with my husband We're coming from a background of 5-6 meals, so also unsure how we'll go with hunger. I did a breakfast experiment yesterday just to gauge amounts. You could always serve yourself more than you think, if you don't finish it, save it for later - that way you've got a protein/fat/veggie snack already prepared in case you get hungry?
