Starting tomorrow July 7th!!

Hello everyone!!! I start my first Whole 30 tomorrow.....I am excited/nervous!! I spent a lot of today preparing food, so hopefully I am ready. I think I am most nervous about being too hungry and having an upset stomach. Any pointers on any of it? Anyone else starting tomorrow?!

I'm starting tomorrow with my husband :)

We're coming from a background of 5-6 meals, so also unsure how we'll go with hunger. I did a breakfast experiment yesterday just to gauge amounts.

You could always serve yourself more than you think, if you don't finish it, save it for later - that way you've got a protein/fat/veggie snack already prepared in case you get hungry? I figure that'd be a better option than picking a handful of nuts or fruit.
