So I have started a photo log of my meals I will post them below. If anyone wants to know what anything specified is let me know, or if you see somewhere that what I have is not whole30 please let me know as well :)

Thanx, I'm cooking in coconut oil and using olive oil mayo, And avo in some salads/ ommlets .still might not be using enough? But I do makes sure I cook everything with it haha. Big handfuls on spinach in ommlets as well

having 2x eggs for breakfast. lunch and dinner I'm having meat as well, so every meal.

I am extremely new to this but so I'm not sure everything is balanced as it should be- I am trying :)
