Didn't really work so does reintro matter?

I'm on day 30 and I'm kinda disappointed. I may have lost some weight but I haven't been on a scale for the past 30 days. Other than that my energy levels plummeted the first couple of days and never rebounded. I kept waiting for the "tiger blood" energy but that never happened. I've also been dealing with upset stomach issues the whole time. Just before I started I was given a clean bill of health from my Doc so I think it's all diet related.

My question is since whole 30 didn't seem to work for me will the reintro matter?

yup. Reintros matter.

Sorry you don't feel like you had big results, but adding back foods one by one may suprise you, and knowing which foods irritate your system is one of the great things about this plan. Please don't skip it.

The energy issue, may come from your macronutrient ratios. Are you getting enough carb? That is one thing that effects my energy and digestion very directly. Also, if it is a dramatic increase in protein from your former diet, your digestive system may have been deficient coming in... I spent years before this, increasing protein and taking digestive supplements (HLC/Pepsin, and enzymes). Now, I don't need to. (Also in a former life, when I was a personal trainer, I coached a few folks through healing their digestive systems before they could achieve weight-loss or body comp goals).  Good luck to you!

It makes me sad when I see people on here and their first post is "well I just finished my W30 and I felt like crap the whole time." There is great support and advice here; maybe if you had popped on earlier someone could have made some suggestions so you were more comfortable. Have you always had stomach issues, or just since you started the W30?

I agree with MissMary...reintro is still important. Any food issues you have might be more obvious if you could get your stomach problem under control first, but you still might be surprised by the results.

Oh, and lots of us never experienced the tiger blood. Hopefully you experienced some positive changes? If not there might be more tweaks needed (like AIP/IBS protocols, etc).
