My Whole 30 Day 1

I have started my 2nd Whole 30 today. I am trying to stay strong and have done well so far although I just noticed the peach pie my coworker brought in for our staff meeting today!


Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs with a sprinkling of EVOO.


Lunch: Grilled chicken breast on a bed of lunch with avocado on top.


Dinner: Steamed salmon with EVOO, fresh garlic, lemon, dill and a side hericot vert.


I am going to try desperately not to have any of that pie!!
