Evening Workout - PWO meal

Hi Guys,

 

I have a questions regarding post-workout nutrition. I do cross-fit 3 times a week and in the evening after work. Usually the class is done by 7:30 and I am home by 8. Do I need to have a post workout meal at this point or just have a normal 3rd meal of the day with a little more crabs than usual? Should I limit my fat intake in the evening after the workout?

Can you pack dinner to eat pre-workout and then eat protein/carb post work food? Or you could make sure you are getting enough fat in your pre-wo food and eat as little fat as possible for dinner (but make sure you are getting enough food overall).
