kozak Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 Hi Guys, I have a questions regarding post-workout nutrition. I do cross-fit 3 times a week and in the evening after work. Usually the class is done by 7:30 and I am home by 8. Do I need to have a post workout meal at this point or just have a normal 3rd meal of the day with a little more crabs than usual? Lesley Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Can you pack dinner to eat pre-workout and then eat protein/carb post work food? Or you could make sure you are getting enough fat in your pre-wo food and eat as little fat as possible for dinner (but make sure you are getting enough food overall). msssjenna Posted August 6, 2013 Share Posted August 6, 2013 bumping this. I have moved my workouts to evening, I get to the gym around 7:30/8 and get home by 9.
