I will be starting over tomorrow as I accidentally...or I should say mindlessly, drank some diet coke.

But this is what my day looked like....

 

Breakfast:

2 Omelet muffins

handful of almonds/macademia nuts/cashews

 

Lunch:

2 Omelet muffins

Romaine lettuce hearts with ground pork w/homemade bbq sauce

handful of nuts

 

Dinner:

Sirloin Steak

mushrooms sauted in coconut oil with sea salt and garlic

Fresh Green Beans

Nectarine and banana

 

Diet Coke >.< dangit.
