JJB Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 There is a suggested plan of attack in ISWF, but honestly you can do it however you want. I'm not sure the reintro stuff is linked on the website? Just pick one item (like dairy, gluten grains, etc) and have a little bit at every meal for a day. Maybe for gluten you'd have a piece of toast with breakfast, a bagel later in the day, and some pasta with dinner. If you have no reaction, you could test a 2nd day if you want. Then go back to eating clean for 2-3 days before you reintro the next item. If you have a real bad reaction to something, you should wait until that has totally cleared up before you try to test anything else. Try to avoid mixing any two items...like ice cream for example. Even though they suggest that in the book, there's a lot of sugar in ice cream - you might want to test that separately from dairy. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
