Lelia48 Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 I'm doing really well here on day 3. No sugar cravings and I have to force myself to eat; I'm so full! Day 2 I ate as follows: Breakfast-Baked Sweet Potato with a little cinnamon. Roasted vegetables with a little olive oil, brussel sprouts, hericot vert, and snap peas. 1/2 a filet of salmon, about 3 ozs. Lunch-Tuscan cantolpe with 2 very thin slices of prosciutto, cut up into pieces and mixed with the melon, topped this with a bit of fresh basil and drizzled with a little olive oil. DELISH! Dinner-Chicken which I marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and rosemary and then BBQed. BBQued mixed vegetables, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, snap peas. Day 3 Breakfast-2 eggs fried in olive oil on a bed of leftover mixed vegetables. Left the yolk runny and it was delish on the veggies. Lunch-Left over veggies with baked Salmon Dinner-Veggies with Well Fed Ginger Lime shrimp It's hard to get all three meals down! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
