Meg Poore Tuttle
Okay guys... it starts tomorrow! I've read the book, I've started my Whole30 before. My relationship with food keeps getting worse and worse. I'm tired of counting calories and weighing myself everyday. It's time to actually listen to my body and treat it like the amazing temple that it is! So, here I begin.. tomorrow morning I will be 1/30. A great journey toward a better relationship with food, better listening to my body and freedom!! Yay!!!

Meg Poore Tuttle
Day 1: Breakfast: 3 eggs with bell peppers, all cooked in coconut oil... pumpking seeds and almonds, too. Lunch: "taco salad" with romaine, grass fed beef, and guacamole. Small handful of almonds and blueberries with shredded coconut Dinner: (Not sure how approved this is...) Organic grass-fed applegate hot dog, HUGE portion of sauteed green beans and homemade kimchi. Day one, successful!!

calee
You're going to make it this time but you'll probably need to eat a bit more so that the hungries don't grab you and whisper stupid things in your ear. Maybe add another egg to breakfast? Make sure you're getting enough fat with lunch to carry you till dinner. I haven't had the hotdogs so don't know anything about them. If unapproved, it may have additives that induce cravings/ hungries. It really gets easier the more days you stack together.
