I had a very successful Whole 30 in January, and I feel like I've completely lost sight of all the physical, emotional, and psychological benefits of that time. What a difference six months can make.


What I'm dealing with now: addictive food behaviors, an outbreak of eczema (especially on my face, the worst it's ever been), joint pain, and a recurrence of my depression. Not to mention some weight gain, though not as much as I would have expected considering my choices as of late. I haven't been working out or doing anything for my mental health.


If anyone would like to give me a metaphysical high five to get my mind right and get on the right track, I would appreciate it!
