Maria Siler Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 Hey All! I did the Whole30 during the holidays and managed to not gain weight. But then I went nuts for 2 months after the new year. LOL. I'm back on track now and I've just created a blog to track my progress. I'm logging my food, my workouts, and my life stuff (like how I feel, and things I struggle with). Check it out if you're curious! I created the blog to help me stay accountable to my trainers at crossfit while I'm unable to take classes.
