Hey All! I did the Whole30 during the holidays and managed to not gain weight. But then I went nuts for 2 months after the new year. LOL.

I'm back on track now and I've just created a blog to track my progress.

I'm logging my food, my workouts, and my life stuff (like how I feel, and things I struggle with).

Check it out if you're curious! I created the blog to help me stay accountable to my trainers at crossfit while I'm unable to take classes. But it might be helpful for someone who just wants to see what someone else is doing.
