vtknitgirl
I started my reintroduction yesterday with Dairy. I had aged raw milk cheddar and some fresh mozzarella. I had them together and only at dinner. my tummy was quite upset for the rest of the evening. I think I am going to try again and eat dairy at every meal without mixing the types i eat and see how that goes. Advise would be welcome.
GFChris
If you try again, wait until your stomach calms down. And yes, the ideal way to reintro is to have the item in question at all three of your meals in one day.

ISWF doesn't go into it much, but I'm on Day 30, so maybe it's covered in the Day 31 email? Thanks Connie

You have a dairy item at breakfast, lunch and dinner, keeping the rest of your day Whole30 compliant. For example, half and half at breakfast, cheese at lunch and yogurt at dinner. Then days 2 and 3, you remove dairy and eat completely clean again, to both see how you react to the dairy and prepare your body for the next reintro item. On day 4, you reintro the next item, eating it at your 3 meals, and then repeat the process again, for each food group you want to reintro. Anything you reintro, you don't add it back into your diet again until you're complete with the reintroduction process.
