I have been suffering from IBS like systems and whenever I change diets (I have done a few) my stools get very constipated and small to pass! Anyone else had this and how long has it taken for you to get right? This weekend went from constipated to upset and now back again! L Just completed my first week! Also, take a magnesium supplement like Natural Calm. Magnesium tends to induce diarrhea if you take too much - it promotes going easily. If you get diarrhea, take some kind of anti-diarrhea meds to stop it. By the way, your body adjusts to the magnesium quickly so that it does not keep causing diarrhea.
