a safe almond milk?

Hi there - I am looking for a whole30 safe almond milk.  Whole Foods discontinued the brand they make, and every other one I looked at in the store had either sugar and/or carrageenan. The WholeFoods brand did not have those ingredients, and has been gone from the store since before I started on July 1 . . .

Make your own. This recipe calls for vanilla extract as an optional ingredient.  Unless you can find a vanilla extract without sugar and alcohol, leave it out to keep it Whole30 compliant.

You can add vanilla bean instead of extract.

 

I prefer hazelnut, but prefer the price of almonds, so I make a blend.

I found one in my local whole foods in the refrigerated section. It's in a bottle (sorry cant remember the brand name), & comes in 3 varieties - vanilla, original & unsweetened. Obviously only the last is whole30 compliant & it lists the ingredients as almonds & water
