I found Sardines and Tuna in Olive Oil (mostly the suppliers use soyabean oil or sunflower oil) and I am going to try those. However, is it ok to have some of these Everyday ? Is it not good to have too much fish / seafood ? I'd also like to point out I take some fish oil capsules daily, and the levels (EPA + DPH?) are only totaling about 1.2mg a day.
