So today is day 2 for me! Here is what I have been eating so far..

 

Day 1: Breakfast - Lots and lots of black coffee (per usual), sausage and eggs with avocado and salsa and a side of fruit. 

 

Lunch - salami, carrots, banana 

 

Dinner - Huge arugula and strawberry salad and some more salami 

 

I wasn't terribly hungry yesterday and also very busy so I just had to make do with what I had (at other peoples houses at some points). 

 

Day 2: Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes, and salsa. Coffee and water.

 

Lunch - leftover arugula salad, carrot, salami

 

mid afternoon hunger - dried seaweed and blueberries 

 

Dinner (will be) - Chicken covered in yummy herbs and lemon juice with roasted eggplant, broccoli, and sweet potato. 

 

That's it for me so far! So far things are going well, however I have to make a cake for a friend who is going through a rough time so that will definitely be difficult not to cheat off of. But I will do it!!
