Sundance
One of the many reasons I started the Whole30 this month was to get better control of my blood sugar. My fasting levels were consistently 105-110, pre-diabetic. It only took 8 days on the Whole30 for my fasting blood sugar levels to drop to 85. Yippee!! susibatdee
On day 4, my fasting morning blood sugars dropped from 140ish to 100. Why is there the 4 day delay? I thought blood sugar was based on recently eaten foods or overnight liver-activated release of glucagon.
