First Whole30...How much fruit?

So this is my first Whole30, and I hadn't really taken advantage of the forum until recently. Now I start my work day by reading some posts and making sure I'm staying focused on the right goals.

I started doing Crossfit last summer on the reccommendation of a friend and immediately fell in love. I began eating paleo almost immediately, and continued to do so throughout the summer, but found it very hard to be paleo back at school due to lack of protein availability.

I swim from my college, and after having a terrible season and realizing that this year will be my last season swimming, I came home determined to make some changes. I started eating paleo again this summer, and decided to try whole30. I started my whole30 on July 11, and-despite 4:30 am practices and a 40 hr/wk internship- have yet to cheat (thanks to my god-send of a boyfriend who loves to cook and was supportive enough to do it with me).

Today, on day 13, I find that I have more energy, but I still don't feel like I'm dropping weight. I thought I was during the first week, but I don't feel that way anymore. I find that my diet-whether out of habit or convenience- has been a little more fruit heavy than others'. I'm still about 40% fats, 35% protein and 25% carbs. I was wondering if the fruit could be what's keeping the weight, and also if I need to aim for a lower carb percentage?

The recommendation on the food template is 1-2 servings of fruit a day as part of a meal. If you are eating more than that it could be part of the problem. Or maybe you don't need to drop weight. I would be patient with the process and focus on changes you do see happening not the ones you don't. And you shouldn't be counting calories as part of the Whole30 program.
