Dusting myself off & starting afresh 25 July...

ANYhoo...

Breakfast - mince, butternut squash, romanesco cauliflower, bbq sauce & sauerkraut

Lunch - 2 salmon burgers, sweet potato noodles, samphire & kale. Cherries after.

Snack - that

Dinner - lamb stew with prunes, cauliflower rice

*Deep breath*

Round we go again, scream if you want to go faster...  :P

Before i head off into the sunset, let it be known i do have a plan!

Start Whole30 on Monday!

Also increase exercise on Monday, using "Body by You", the girly version of "You Are Your Own Gym" - bodyweight stuff i can do at home. That'll be 3x a week in addition to my weekly bootcamp & kickboxing classes

I'm still debating whether to do something radical like a Whole100, or to alternate between Whole30s & strict paleo months (allowing a little honey/maple syrup/wine in cooked dishes - savoury stuff, not muffins!). I need to sort this ridiculous sugar dragon out!

Ultimate aims?

Good health, good mental health in particular, to be able to do chin-ups (& look casual about it!), to be able to fit into AND physically sit down in (without pain) the new jeans i bought...

Not too ambitious am i? See ya Monday!
