KarissaA
My kids and I started on 7/7, but I didn't think clearly about what we had coming up. On the 14th we had to go to my nephew's birthday party, the girls were scheduled to spend a couple nights with my MIL at Great Wolf Lodge later that week, and DH's birthday was on the 24th. We did great the rest of the time, they haven't complained at all, but obviously we had to restart in order to get the full effects. Anyway, DH FLIPPED when he realized the no breads/grains and no dairy parts of this, especially the no dairy. The only concern I have is the calcium from the dairy - so I'm trying hard to make sure they get enough.
Roz Griffiths
Broccoli is a good source of calcium. The dairy industry make out milk's the only source, but actually it's not readily available for your body to use.

KarissaA
I can't convince him of any of it. He has the things we were taught growing up so ingrained into his head...
