Avalanche Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 I messed up and put too much apple cider vinegar in my bone broth (4 tsp instead of 1). Is it ruined? It's been in the crockpot for a couple of hours, and I just went over to put it on low for the night - smells pretty vinegar-y. I've got about 9 cups of water in there. I don't even measure the cider vinegar, I just slosh it in out of the bottle so i probably use even more than you. the vinegary smell disappears and I've never tasted it.
