Whole thirty... Second time ...

GOOD FOR YOU!  Get back on the horse (figuratively) and show your body who is boss!  You can do it! 


One suggestion:  Use every outlet possible to keep yourself accountable.  Tell your friends, your co-workers, your neighbors, your dog, etc. so that they can help you stay on track.  Social media is another helpful tool-- plan to post DAILY about your progress on Twitter or Facebook.  People "watching" was very helpful for me.

So, Day 11. Doing ok....Headaches and body aches have abated.

The sugar monster is alive and well.... i recall from my first attempt... that the cravings hit hard in week 3... so I'm prepared.


TODAY..... i had my healthy breakfast.... then a vendor brings in Continental breakfast... danish, muffins, bagels, cream cheese... i refuse it all.... but....


i want some OJ. I dont even DRINK OJ but i want some.... so i pour a tiny glass..... and as i walk away...i decide i dont want this....


Pour it in the sink, grab a bottle of water... get back to work!


Im STRONGER than i was!!!
