kel239
Does anyone have the jawbone up app and want to join each others team? That way we can motivate each other! I'm addicted to it for logging my food and sleep!
dotamy
While I've been interested in the app/bracelet too, it doesn't fit whole30 guidelines, so technically, it shouldn't be done and isnt in the true spirit of the program. I think it's cool for logging sleep, especially the types of sleep, but for a genuine whole30, you may want to put your bracelet in the drawer for now. kel239
I'm just curious how it doesn't fit into the guidelines? It's a great tool to visually track what youre eating and keep records to refer back to, as well as your sleep patterns. It doesn't measure actual calorie burn (it's estimated and more than likely off by a huge variable)? I guess maybe if you're using it to obsessively manage your calorie intake sure but in my opinion I think it's a great learning tool to look back and see how your environment/ food/ activity level might be influencing how you feel.
