Natalie M.
I searched for this topic, and couldn't find it, but I have some twinings tea that seems compliant except for unspecified "artificial flavors." Can I have that?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 30, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 30, 2013 Artificial flavors are made in a lab and not extracted from actual plants. You can drink a tea that includes artificial flavors, but I would find a better tea if I were you. The point of a Whole30 is to eat real, whole foods. Artificial flavors are not real or whole. tinman57
Look at teas that Stash tea offers. I have an organic mint tea ("Cascade Mint") that has nothing but mint leaves in it and it's super refreshing.
