Cathie W
Is Xylitol compliant? I'm having a very difficult time finding breath mints. I cannot chew gum, so breath mints is my alternative. I found a brand that has xylitol in it which is a sap, I believe.
Bet
Anything ending in -ol is a sugar and is non compliant. Also chewing gum or mints is not allowed on W30 because it interferes with the digestive process (chewing signals the body that food is coming). Cathie W
How do I freshen my breath after meals, or before meetings if I cannot have mints?
Bet
I have toothpaste and a brush at work that I use. I also eat some fruit at the end of each meal which does a good job of that.
Renee Lee
You can chew on some mint leaves, parsley, basil, anything like that. Toothbrush works too

Vian
If you like fennel, you can chew on some toasted fennel seeds. That's what they do in India. I, personally, can't stand fennel though >.>
111amysyd111
Is toothpaste okay? My Tom's toothpaste has xylitol in it! What do people use for toothpaste? Or do you have to revert to just water?
JJB
Toothpaste is fine. You are not eating it.
