MrsRobinson Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 1 lb ground beef half an onion, chopped 1/3-1/2 a bag frozen chopped spinach smoked paprika onion powder salt and pepper Saute onion in your choice of fat until nicely carmelized, add beef and cook until no longer pink. Add a sprinkle of onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Dump spinach on top, spread it out, and let it cook awhile until it is heated through. Mix it into the beef and adjust seasonings according to preference. (You can put pretty much anything in this, I like onion flavor and smoked paprika but YMMV) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
