I am allowing myself walnuts or pecans as a Plan B if I really have to snack/no other options but I haven't done that more than two or three times the last 50 days or so. beachchica 99 Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Same here. I'm also excluding coffee (sad face) and coconut flakes, since they might be wreaking havoc on my tummy.
