JD76
I know dates are approved but I have Psoriasis - a piece of date or fruit is nice but I notice itchy attacks after. Once I have dates, my mind wants one daily - in order to get my sugar fix since I cut all other sugars out... Is it better to not have any fruits or dates while healing from an auto-immune disorder like Psoriasis?
GFChris
Dates can be sugar-bombs. It sounds like they are not a friend to your body. I would stay away from those that you know trip up your Psoriasis.Does all fresh fruit bother you? Perhaps you could try some options on the auto-immune shopping list. http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Shopping-List-Autoimmune.pdf
Bet
I am on AIP. I don't have a problem with dates, but I am avoiding them while on W30 because they are a no-brakes item for me. I would avoid anything that causes you issues for 30 days. Then see how you feel.
