Gloriana M.
I'm so excited/scared to do this whole 30. (I kind of wish it was over already) But I am 100% committed. I began one last year and made it 2 weeks. I have to say that I felt great after 2 weeks and had lost almost 10 lbs. I didn't have a whole lot of support at home doing it though, and dropped off after 2 weeks. This time, my husband, sister and parents are doing it as well! I'm also joining this forum and using more of the online resources to get through. I am so excited to see the changes in their lives and in mine. I just had a baby boy (same day as Dallas and Melissa!) and it's about time I got rid of the baby weight. I am going to need all the energy and health I can get to keep up with this little boy. I was an avid crossfitter last year as well, but we moved to a different state, started a new job, and then got pregnant. Financially and time wise, I just didn't make Crossfit a priority, but it used to make me happier than almost anything else in my life. Hopefully I can get back to doing that soon because I miss it bad! Can't wait to see what 30 days brings!
KelliS
Good for you for trying again! I bet the added support will help you a lot. I'm doing my first whole30 (day 20) and it is very difficult doing it alone. I'm seriously wanting it to be over, but I'm in the home stretch now and know I can make it another 10 days. Good luck, stay strong, and congrats on your baby boy
